Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect personal information you provide when requesting a quote, booking a charter, or contacting us. This includes your name, email address, phone number, travel preferences, and payment details necessary to process your booking.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to process charter requests, provide personalized quotes, arrange flights, communicate about your bookings, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. All data transmission is encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

4. Cookies

Strictly necessary storage is always used: your cookie choice and your preferred currency are kept in your browser's local storage. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you press Accept in the cookie banner:

• Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*, up to 2 years): anonymous statistics on how the site is used.
• Google Ads (_gcl_au, 90 days): measuring which ads lead to quote requests.
• RentJet (rj_src, 30 days): the advertising source of your visit, so we know which campaign brought your request.

Until you accept, Google receives only cookieless signals without identifiers (Google Consent Mode). You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page; withdrawing deletes these cookies. Fonts are served from our own server, and YouTube videos load only when you press play.

5. Third-Party Services

We may share necessary information with aircraft operators, ground handlers, and catering services to fulfill your charter requirements. These partners are bound by confidentiality agreements.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@rentjet.eu. If you are in the EU, EEA or UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
